Our card management tools give you complete control over your spending and security. Access your personalized dashboard to view transactions, set spending limits, and quickly lock or unlock your card. With real-time alerts and customizable settings, you can monitor your account activity and protect your finances anytime, anywhere.

How to Access:

  • For our mobile app: Select the Card Management link located on your credit card account or select the "More" section at the bottom right, and select "Card Management"

How can I notify the credit union that I will be traveling?
We recommend placing travel notices on your cards before traveling. Login to Mobile or OnlineAccess.  Select More or Additional Services, then Card Management. Then select the Set Travel Notice button.

Please be sure to place your travel notice at least one business day before leaving.
How can I control when, where, and why my debit or credit card is used?
With Card Management, you can:

-    Turn your debit or credit card On/Off
-    Control or block your card for specific transaction types
-    Report your card lost or stolen
-    Set travel notices and more!

How do I enroll my card in Apple Pay / Samsung Pay / Google Pay?
Note for all digital wallet users: if you have changed your phone number recently or if you do not receive the One-Time Passcode verification Text, you may need to contact your local branch or our member contact center to finish the enrollment process.

Apple Pay
-    For Apple devices, locate and open the Wallet app (this should be pre-downloaded)
-    Click the + button located in the top right portion of the screen
-    Enter your debit card information
-    Accept the Terms and Conditions
-    You will be prompted to verify your card via text message
-    Enter the code that was sent to you and you're all set!


Google Pay
-    For Android users, download and open the Google Pay app
-   Click the "Payment" tab at the the bottom of the screen
-  Click the "+ Payment Method" button
-   You are then able to take a picture of your debit card or enter the details manually
-   Accept the Terms and Conditions
-   You may be prompted to verify your card via text message
-   Enter the code that was sent to you and you're all set!


Samsung Pay
-    Android users can also download Samsung Pay via Google Play Store
-    Create your Samsung account (or sign in)
-    For fingerprint verification, tap "Use Fingerprint" then follow instructions (click "skip" to use the PIN method)
-    Enter a backup password and tap "Continue"
-    Once this setup is complete, enter your debit card information
-    Accept the Terms and Conditions
-    You may be prompted to verify your card via text message
-    Enter the code that was sent to you and you're all set!
Where do I find Express Entry?
The Together Credit Union Express Entry gate is located at the SOUTHWEST GATE of Energizer Park. This is the gate at the corner of Market Street and 22nd, near the Pillars of the Valley Monument. Look for the "Express Entry" sign under the CITY Shield on the outer wall. 
What is myCITY+? How do I access my free myCITY+ membership as a STL CITY SC Debit or Credit Cardholder?

What is myCITY+?
myCITY+ is an exclusive membership experience created by St. Louis CITY SC to give the team's most loyal fans additional perks and benefits throughout the soccer season. It normally costs $50 to join, but is FREE to all CITY Debit or Credit Card holders.

Where can I see my credit card transaction history and statements?
Once you have signed into Mobile or OnlineAccess, click on your credit card account link. From the link, you may review activity and statements.
How do I request a credit card balance transfer?
Credit card balance transfer requests can be performed via OnlineAccess or our MobileAccess+ app. After logging in, select your credit card account and then select the Balance Transfer button located on the right-hand side or on the bottom.
What should I do if fraud has taken place on my lost or stolen card?

Report your card as lost or stolen in the Card Management feature in Online or Mobile Access and then please contact us immediately to file a claim at 1-866-642-6105 for debit cards, or 1-866-605-5384 for credit cards.

What should I do if my card is damaged?

You may request a duplicate to replace a card that is damaged. The card number stays the same, but the Expiration Date and CVV will change on the new card

How long are my credit card statements available?

From the date of enrollment for e-statements, the system will retain monthly statements for 24 months.
